Special Bulletin Regarding Housing at InformexUSA 2009
Several members have reported receiving telephone solicitation calls this week from personnel who say they are associated with Complete Event Planning of Henderson, Nevada, HDMC Group, and Tradeshow Housing in connection with housing for the InformexUSA 2009 event.
Complete Event Planning and HDMC have not been authorized
by InformexUSA to provide housing for our event.
We have reserved hotel room blocks in several of San Francisco's finest hotels and, rest assured, there PLENTY of rooms left. Hotel/room information can be found anytime on the Informex web site.
Our operations staff are always on hand to answer questions and assist with reservations.
